Runlock Post Guidelines

Welcome to the Runlock Creator community! We're thrilled to partner with you. These guidelines are designed to ensure a successful and collaborative partnership, helping you create high-quality, effective content that resonates with your audience and showcases how Runlock helps users reclaim their time through fitness.

Important: General vs. Campaign-Specific Guidelines

The requirements below are general guidelines applicable to all content. Please note that individual campaigns may have unique requirements (specific exercises, background music, or hooks). These Campaign Briefs will be provided to you directly via the Discord server or through private messaging on our coordination platforms.

Please review these general guidelines carefully before submitting your post.

1. Core Creative Requirements

Positive Brand Representation: Your content must present the Runlock app as an innovative and effective tool for productivity and fitness. Showcase it as a solution to phone addiction. Avoid comparing Runlock negatively to other fitness or app-blocker services.

The "Hook" & Timing: The concept of Runlock (blocking apps until you move) must be clear within the first 3-5 seconds. The app interface or the physical act of "unlocking" via exercise should be featured early to capture attention.

Clarity of App Usage: When showing the app, ensure the screen is clear and legible. Use high-quality screen recordings to demonstrate the blocking feature and the coin-earning process (running, push-ups, or squats).

2. Content Quality Standards

Video Quality: All videos must be submitted in high resolution (1080p minimum). If filming your workout/exercise, ensure the lighting is good and the camera is stable.

Audio Quality: Voiceovers or background music must be clear. If you are recording yourself while running or exercising, ensure wind or heavy breathing doesn't drown out your message.

Call to Action (CTA): Include a clear call to action encouraging your audience to download Runlock to break their screen addiction. (e.g., "Stop scrolling and start moving, download Runlock now!")

3. Legal & Disclosure Requirements (Mandatory)

Ad Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your paid partnership with Runlock. This is a legal requirement. Use the platform's "Paid Partnership" tool or include #ad, #sponsored, or #RunlockPartner prominently in your caption.

Honesty and Authenticity: All opinions about Runlock must be truthful. Do not make false claims about the app's features or your physical results.

4. Prohibited Content

Your post must not contain any of the following:

Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.

Excessive profanity, graphic violence, or illegal activities.

Sexually explicit or suggestive content.

Dangerous fitness misinformation or promoting harmful exercise forms.

Content that is primarily political or religious in nature.

5. Technical & Engagement Requirements

Authenticity of Engagement: The use of bots or view farms is strictly prohibited. We verify engagement via analytics. Inauthentic posts will be rejected without payment.

Comments Enabled: Comments must remain enabled to ensure views are legitimate. Disabled comments may lead to the post being unapproved.

Intellectual Property: You must have the rights to all music and clips used. We recommend using the commercially licensed libraries on TikTok and Instagram to avoid copyright strikes.

6. Submission & Review

Accepted Platforms: Currently, we accept posts made on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

All posts must be submitted via their public URL on the Runlock Creator Platform. Our moderators will review the post only after the evaluation window defined in your Campaign Brief has passed.

We are excited to see you motivate your audience to get moving! If you have any questions, reach out via the Discord server or contact us at contact@runlock.app.
